It removes preinstalled consumer and promotional apps, clears related leftover registry keys, disables selected scheduled tasks, and applies privacy-focused configuration changes - without forcing you to remove dozens of unwanted apps one by one. It ships in three versions: a graphical app, an interactive script, and a silent SysPrep version for deployment.
